TV+OOH impressions drop to 14.4 bn in BARC week 5

MUMBAI: Total TV + OOH impressions have dropped to 14.4 billion in week 5 from 14.6 billion in the previous week. The TV impressions have fallen to 14.2 billion from 14.5 billion.

Across genres top 10 channels

Sony Sab has moved to the sixth position pushing Zee TV down to the seventh spot. Zee Kannada and Sony Entertainment Television (SET) have swapped positions. Nick has replaced Zee Cinema in the tenth position.

Top 10 Hindi GECs in urban + rural HSM

Sony Sab has grabbed the fourth position while Zee TV has slipped to the fifth spot. Colors Rishtey has entered the table at the ninth position while Star Utsav has dropped to the tenth position. &TV has moved out of the table.

Top 5 shows in urban + rural HSM

Dangal’s ‘Bandini’ has become the most-watched show followed by ‘Baba Aiso Var Dhuno’ and ‘Mahima Shanidevi Ki’.

Top 10 Hindi GECs in urban HSM

The top nine positions have remained unchanged while Big Magic has been replaced by Colors Rishtey in the tenth position.

Top 5 shows in urban HSM

Zee TV’s ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ has entered the table in the third position while Colors’ ‘Choti Sardarni’ has moved out of the table. Colors’ ‘Bigg Boss’ has jumped to the fourth spot followed by Sony Sab’s ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’.

Star Plus and Colors have swapped positions. The eighth and ninth positions have been exchanged between Colors Rishtey and Star Bharat.

Top 5 shows in rural HSM

‘Bandini’ is at the top position while ‘Baba Aiso Var Dhundo’ has slipped to the second position. ‘Mahima Sahnidevi Ki’ and ‘Dwarkadheesh’ have dropped to the third and fourth positions respectively.
