SPNI’s ‘Meri Doosri Country’ promo bags gold at Creative ABBY Awards 2019
MUMBAI: Sony Pictures Network India (SPNI) won the only Gold at the Creative ABBY Awards 2019’s Broadcaster, Public Relations, Still Craft, Design, Direct ABBY Awards – 2019. SPNI’s Sony Ten 2 won Gold in the Best TV sports channel program promo sub-category for the 2018 FIFA World Cup campaign ‘Meri Doosri Country’.
Altogether, the broadcaster has won nine metals. The company has bagged one gold, 3 silvers, and 5 bronze. SPNI was closely followed by Star India with five metals including three Silver and two Bronz
ABP News Network, Disney India, Viacom18 Media, and ZEEL won two metals each while Bennett Coleman and Company Ltd (BCCL) and TV18 won one metal each. The eight broadcasters won 24 metals including one Gold, seven Silver, and 16 Bronze.
The Creative Awards 2019 is jointly organised by the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) and The Advertising club. The Creative ABBY Awards held at GoaFest 2019, celebrate the best in class creative genius and works of stellar significance in creativity.
