Netplus Broadband launches smart telephony service in Punjab, Haryana
MUMBAI: Internet service provider (ISP) Netplus has launched next-generation smart telephony service in Punjab & Haryana. The service works over a broadband network and will offer unlimited local & STD calling.
This service offers customers HD quality voice calls along with faster call set up time and host of new features. The USP of this service is that calls can be received both from Fixed line and Mobile.
Voice Service will be available on mobile devices along with landlines at customer home. In addition, the smart telephony has features including speed dial, call waiting, call forward, DND, and call block & call return.
Speaking on the occasion, Netplus Broadband CEO Prem Ojha said, “This is a significant milestone in Netplus Broadband network transformation journey to NextGen Services. This is the first initiative of its kind in the industry and part of our converged service strategy.”
Netplus has built a world-class FTTH platform across North India. Currently, the smart telephony services are available in Punjab & Haryana and will be launched in other geographies soon. Unlimited voice services will be offered free with premium service bundles.
