MyBox partners with BP Communications with an eye on Bangladesh market
MUMBAI: Indian set top box (STB) manufacturer MyBox Technologies has partnered with BP Communications for the Bangladesh market. The partnership comes at a time when Bangladesh is moving towards cable TV digitisation.
The partnership was unveiled at an event organised by the Cable Operator Association of Bangladesh (COAB) in Kolkata recently to discuss the impending digitisation in Bangladesh. MyBox Technologies was the title sponsor of the event.
It is estimated that approximately 35-40 million STBs would be seeded in Bangladesh in the next 3-4 years. Seeking this opportunity, MyBox has collaborated with BP Communications to penetrate into the Bangladesh market.
MyBox offers HD STBs with its advanced features like Alexa Voice Service Solution, MyConnect middleware with features like Audience Measurement, Ad Book and targeted advertisement and the Google certified OTT box.
