Hungama Play premieres short film on the hazards of smoking
MUMBAI: Video streaming platform Hungama Play has premiered a new short film – ‘Bedhab’. A thriller that incorporates elements of love, relationships, and smoking addiction, the short film stars Bollywood veteran Sanjay Kapoor, Shibani Bedi (Dark Brew, Cheat India, Bharat, multiple viral videos and web series), Karishma Kotak (Freaky Ali, Bigg Boss Season 6, host of Indian Premiere League) and Aashish Sachdeva.
Directed by Akash Goila, produced by Akash Goila Motion Pictures and Warewolf Films Private Limited, and distributed by Filmeraa, Bedhab is now available to stream on Hungama Play and partner networks, as well as, Filmeraa.
Bedhab revolves around a rich and impudent jingle composer Ayaan (Aashish Sachdeva) going through a hard time after the love of his life, Anya (Karishma Kotak) leaves him. Things take a mysterious turn when Ayaan is visited by the modern-day version of God of Death, Yamraaj (Sanjay Kapoor) who offers to take his life in a unique manner by offering him a special deal. What follows next is a cocktail of dilemma and introspection as Ayaan has to choose between giving up his life and finding a way out from Yamraaj’s maze of confusion while he tries to get back with Anya.
In addition to its availability on Hungama Play and Filmeraa, Bedhab will also be available to stream through Hungama Play on Vodafone Play, Idea Movies & TV, Airtel Xstream App, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Tata Sky Binge, SHAREit, and Android TVs. Additionally, Hungama’s association with Xiaomi will enable consumers to watch the short film via Hungama Play on Mi TV.
