MUMBAI: Disney’s animation movie ‘Coco’ is nearing $300 million at the global box office, according to comScore’s official worldwide weekend box office estimates for the weekend of 3 December, as compiled by the company’s theatrical measurement services.

comScore senior media analyst Paul Dergarabedian commented, “Disney/Pixar’s ‘Coco’ strums its way into the hearts of moviegoers around the world with a $95.1 million weekend performance in 34 global territories including North America where it grabbed the top spot for the second consecutive week and nears the $300 million global threshold. Notably, Disney/Marvel’s ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ crossed the $800 million mark worldwide and Warner Bros.’ ‘Justice League’ sets its sights on a $600 million global target.”
