Dish TV clears second installment of Star’s dues, reaches settlement with Sun TV

Direct to home (DTH) operator Dish TV has cleared the second installment of Star India’s dues. The DTH operator has also cleared previous invoices as well as the current invoice for September.

GTPL acquires remaining 49% stakes in two subsidiaries

Multi system operator (MSO) GTPL Hathway has acquired the remaining 49% equity in GTPL Video Vision and GTPL Shivshakti Network to take complete control of the two subsidiaries. As a result, both companies have become wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
