DTH/cable bills of subscribers could drop by 6-14% due to changes in NTO: ICRA

The amendments carried out by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to the new tariff order (NTO) and interconnection regulations will potentially lower the direct-to-home (DTH) / cable bills of the subscribers by 6-14% from the present levels, as per a note by rating agency ICRA.
