Big four broadcasters publish fresh RIOs with new channel, bouquet rates

Leading broadcasters Star India, ZEEL, Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) and TV18/Viacom18 have published fresh reference interconnect offers (RIOs) which will be effective from 1st February.
