Amazon Prime Video’s content line-up for Nov
MUMBAI: Video on demand (VoD) platform Amazon Prime Video’s content line-up for November features a mix of originals, regional and international shows/movies.
The platform will be realising its fifth Indian original series ‘Mirzapur’ on 16 November. Created by Karan Anshuman & Puneet Krishna and directed by Gurmmeet Singh, ‘Mirzapur’ is a nine-episode series that revolves around drugs, guns and the politics of power in a land where might is right.
Amazon Prime Video will also release an animated web television series ‘Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny’ under the kids section on 16 November. Produced by DreamWorks Animation, ‘Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny’ is the second TV series in the Kung Fu Panda franchise following ‘Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness’.
Amazon will also release a new standup special Kaksha Gyaarvi by Zakir Khan. The month will also feature three regional films namely Katheyondu Shuruvagidhe (Kannada), Nota (Telugu) and Imaikkaa Nodigal (Tamil).
In the international section, the line-up comprises of three US originals ‘Homecoming’, ‘Patriot’ S2 and ‘Gymkhana Files’ S1.
