MUMBAI: Amazon Prime Video has releases new Indian and international titles for consumers to binge-watch during the festive season. This week, Prime Video brings the fourth season of the crime-drama Prime Original series ‘Bosch’ along with the second season of ‘Runaways’ from the Marvel franchise.

In ‘Bosch’ an L.A.P.D. homicide detective works to solve the murder of a thirteen-year-old boy while standing trial in federal court for the murder of a serial killer. In ‘Runways’ after discovering their parents are super-villains in disguise, a group of teenagers band together to run away from their homes in order to atone for their parents’ actions and to discover the secrets of their origins.

The service will also showcase a new sci-fi drama ‘The First’. On the show, a crew of astronauts embarks on a first manned mission to Mars, which is not devoid of personal and professional obstacles.

Subscribers can also spend their Christmas and New Year holidays catching up on the 14th season of the American medical drama, ‘Grey’s Anatomy’. In the new season, Meredith and the team are focused on helping Owen’s sister after her shocking return, and Amelia faces conflict over a patient. Meanwhile, Bailey is forced to give Grey Sloan a facelift after the fire and the doctors are introduced to a few new faces that spice things up around the hospital.

Additionally, Prime members can also watch three more seasons of the crime thriller series, ‘Law and Order: Special Victims Unit’. In the criminal justice system, sexually based offenses are considered especially heinous. In New York City, the dedicated detectives who investigate these vicious felonies are members of an elite squad known as the Special Victims Unit.

On the film front, Prime Video presents the Oscar award-winning title ‘The Revenant’ exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. This film stars Leonardo Di Caprio in his Award Winning role of Hugh Glass and marks his first Academy Award for Best Actor after several nominations in the category across his career.

Subscribers can get into the Christmas spirit by revisiting some classic Christmas-themed titles, including Tom Hanks starrer ‘The Polar Express’, ‘It Happened One Christmas’ and ‘A Christmas Carol’. The last title is an animated, musical rendition of Charles Dickens’ classic Christmas tale. An old bitter miser who rationalises his uncaring nature learns real compassion when three spirits visit him on Christmas Eve.

On the local side subscribers can now watch the recently released crime thriller ‘Dassehra’ starring the talented Neil Nitin Mukesh and Tina Desai, as well as the recent rom-com ‘Ishqeria’ with Richa Chadha in the lead.
