Alfred Haber secures multiple TV rights deals for Grammy Awards globally

MUMBAI: Alfred Haber Inc has closed TV rights in multiple international markets for the 61st Annual Grammy Awards. The company is the official distributor of broadcast rights for the awards.

Broadcasters who have recently signed on for the 61st edition include 4 Music (UK), Turner (Latin America), Foxtel (Australia), Danmark Radio (Denmark), FOX (Southeast Asia), Solar Entertainment Corporation (Philippines), Norwegian Broadcasting (Norway) and TVNZ (New Zealand).

The event is slated to air on 10th February 2019 on CBS in the US for the 47th consecutive year. In India, the event will air on Viacom18-owned English music channel Vh1.

Earlier the show was sold to Rogers (Canada), Tencent (China), Wowow (Japan) and M-Net (Africa). The first group of artists confirmed to perform during the 61st Annual Grammy Awards are current nominees Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Dan + Shay, Post Malone, Shawn Mendes, Janelle Monàe, and Kacey Musgraves.
