Zindagi to air ‘Meri Jaan Hai Tu’ daily at 9 pm

MUMBAI: Zindagi will air ‘Meri Jaan Hai Tu’ in its primetime 9 pm slot, starting today. The show will air from Monday to Saturday.

The show is written by Farhat Ishitaq, known for penning intricately woven love stories including ‘Humsafar’. She returns to the channel with another love story.

‘Meri Jaan Hai Tu’ traces the story of a happy-go-lucky-girl Haniya, a second generation immigrant in the US. Ibad also migrates to the US to pursue his education.

Destined to be together, Haniya and Ibad enroll in the same university and an impassioned love blossoms on the college campus. Despite facing strong opposition from his family, Ibad goes against their will and makes Haniya his wife.

The journey of Haniya and Ibad narrates the tale of how love is boundless and so is the experience of those who seek it. The show stars Sarwat Gillani, Adeel Hussain, Ahsan Khan, Sanam Saeed and Junaid Khan.
