TAM senior VP Pradeep Hejmadi to join Zee TV as business head

MUMBAI: TV ratings agency TAM Media Research’s senior VP of S-Group Pradeep Hejmadi has put in his papers and will be joining Zee TV as business head early next month.

Sources in Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) have confirmed the development to TelevisionPost.com.

The business head position has remained vacant at Zee TV since October 2010 following the departure of Nitin Vaidya. Since then, all the functionaries of Zee TV have been directly reporting to ZEEL MD and CEO Punit Goenka.

Pradeep HejmadiHejmadi, popularly known as Praddy in the media circle, was part of the core group of the ratings agency. Having been associated with TAM India since September 2005, he was responsible for revenue generation, client management, new business development & new product development.

Hejmadi has over 18 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry. He has worked across sales, media planning and buying, consumer research, and business planning and product development.

Prior to TAM, he has also worked with MTV Networks, where he was heading the kids brand Nickelodeon, Turner Broadcasting and Discovery Communications.
