Star Plus’ Ashish Golwalkar quits

Ashish GolwalkarMUMBAI: Three years after joining the leading Hindi general entertainment channel Star Plus, Ashish Golwalkar has called it quits.

Golwalkar was serving as senior VP of programming for the channel. He had joined in October 2012 as head of non-fiction for Star Plus.

“Yes, today was my last day at Star Plus. I am going to take a short break before my next project,” Golwalkar confirmed to TelevisionPost.com.

Prior to Star Plus, Golwalkar was Zee TV non-fiction head.
