News18 India celebrates Navratri with special series ‘Ayodhya Ke Ram’

MUMBAI: In celebration of the Hindu festival of Navratri, News18 India has lined up a special series titled ‘Ayodhya Ke Ram. The special series kicks off tonight at 10 pm.

Running for the nine days of Navratri, the series will cover legends and tales associated with the Ramayana from India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Cambodia.

‘Ayodhya Ke Ram’ will travel across countries showcasing myths and stories that are linked to the Ramayana. From places associated with the existence of Ravana and Lord Hanuman in Sri Lanka to the folklores associated with Lord Ram in Indonesia and Cambodia, from searching for the elusive ‘Sanjeevani booti’ to the cave in Chhattisgarh where Lord Ram is said to have stayed during his exile.
