NDTV Good Times to launch travel magic show
MUMBAI: Lifestyle channel NDTV Good Times is launching a unique travel magic series titled ‘You Got Magic with Neel Madhav’.
The show will explore India through a magician’s eye. It will be anchored by illusionist and entertainer Neel Madhav, who will take the audience on a road trip across India showcasing local adventures, culture, lifestyle, cuisines and people mixed with a splash of magic.
The show will launch on 26 September, airing at 8:30 pm on Friday.
A weekly half-an-hour show centred on the theme of magic, food and discovery, it will showcase Madhav being accompanied by his friend Akash Arora who is a food and adventure enthusiast. Together, they will sample unexplored palettes that each city has to offer ranging from street food, fine dining and local cuisines.
The 13-episode series will take viewers on a road trip featuring exotic destinations including trails across Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan, apart from cities like Delhi, Lucknow, Varanasi, Bhopal, Bombay and Goa. The show will also feature popular indie bands Advaita and Rajasthan Roots; musician Sameer Rahat, RJ Malishka, RJ Raunak and RJ Swati; designers Neeta and Nishka Lulla; author Amish Tripathi and more as special guests.

Moreover, Madhav will perform his magic with sand, photographs, books, balloons, phones, dresses, musical instruments and other interesting things he finds on his journey. He will stupefy the audience with his visual close-up magic and his skills in ‘mentalism’ where he reads people’s minds.
