The series to air on leading lifestyle channel for women, Blush, starting 6th April
MUMBAI: If Fitness is your Mantra, Blush Fitness is your one stop destination! Culture Machine, India’s leading Digital Media Company, has launched an all new show for all the health buffs on their lifestyle channel for women, BLUSH. The show starts with an 8 part series featuring Pyaar Ka Punchnama fame Sonnalli Seygall, who will highlight all aspects of wellness for women, right from morning routines, meditation, dealing with stress and even looking your best at any given time of the day! The series kick-starts with Sonnalli sharing secret mantras of her morning fitness routine and what keeps her glowing through the hectic lifestyle in the first episode titled ‘Morning Mantra’.
Health and fitness are essential for a happy way of life but most of us are intimidated by the words “workout”, “healthy diets” and “discipline”. Blush Fitness is neither about making drastic changes to yourself or your body, nor is it about following a militaristic regime; it’s about making small yet significant lifestyle changes. Each episode will be power packed, simple, and like everything on Blush – it will be high on style and fashion!
“There are two things in life that I absolutely love! Working and working out! Being healthy and taking care of your body is fundamental for one’s overall well-being. I have always believed and propagated that incorporating small yet significant healthy changes to our lifestyle can help bring about a constructive transformation in only a few days. So, Blush Fitness was the perfect setting for me and I had a great time working with Culture Machine’s team! Through the series, I wish to convey to my fans and Blush’s audience that working out and staying healthy can be fun too!” Says, Actress Sonnalli Seygall.
Speaking about the series, Akanksha Seda, Channel Director, Blush said, “We created Blush Fitness in order to give Indian women a source of unbiased, non-commercial and real wellness advice. As a nation, we are starved of guidance and help when it comes to fitness. Instead we are bombarded with highly air-brushed imagery of perfect looking bodies and are told to use them as reference points. Fitness doesn’t mean heavy equipment, busting money at gyms and starving! The core thought being, staying healthy is incredibly simple and it starts with you at home. Blush Fitness gives you an insight into the real fitness regimes of women so you can lead a healthier, fuller life”.
The show will give you an exclusive glimpse into celebrity work out regimes, diets and wellness mantras. Blush Fitness is a highly personalised series, highlighting routines of women basis their body types and lifestyles.
