MY FM celebrated 10 years of Leadership in Chandigarh

Mumbai: MY FM, India’s leading Local FM Network completed a glorious 10 years in the Tricity, Chandigarh on 19th Feb’17. MY FM announced its 10th anniversary celebrations with a week-long festival, by far the biggest music and entertainment festival in the city, ‘Dus ka Jashan.’

Speaking on the milestone, CEO, Mr. Harrish Bhatia said, “MY FM has come a long way in Chandigarh, from launch till date it is the most liked station of Tricity, the response has been overwhelming. People of Chandigarh has showered a lot of love on us. We owe this love due to our customer centric approach be it in content, innovative marketing campaigns or on ground activities, we have ensured that we maintain the highest entertainment standards. To savor this achievement we hosted a weeklong celebration wherein we had celebrities performing everyday from Talk show to Music Night, from Comedy Night to DJ night. The festival catered to people from all walks of life, our way of giving back and spreading happiness for the love extended by Chandigarh Tri-city.”

The five day celebration saw different format performances by known personalities; line up for the week was below:

  • Phogat Sisters – Talk Show
  • Gurdaas Maan – Music Night
  • Amit Tandon and Angad Ranyal – Comedy Night
  • Wadali Brothers – Sufi Music Night
  • DJ Suketu – Bollywood Dance Party Night

This 1st of its kind celebration was the Biggest Music and Entertainment festival done by any media company in India. MY FM rolled out a 360 marketing campaign in Print, Radio, Online promotion and OOH to announce the launch of the event. The tricity bustled with “Dus Da Jashan”. People in huge numbers are turned to participate and horded the MY FM office for invites to the various events

A lot of listeners also tuned into 94.3 and won free passes.
