Logicserve Digital wins 3 gold awards at CDO Converge & Digital Industry Awards 2017
MUMBAI: Logicserve Digital, the Indian media agency arm of Logicserve Group, has been honoured with three gold awards at CDO Converge & Digital Industry Awards 2017. The company received these awards for their unique campaigns designed for Crompton Greaves and Fullerton India Credit Company Limited.
The agency won two gold awards for its campaign with Fullerton India under the categories – ‘Best Performance Driven Digital Campaign’ and ‘Best Use of Email in a Digital Campaign’. The campaign focused on reaching out to the potential customers and improving the lead quality of Personal Loans (PL) from Fullerton India for their newly launched feature – ‘instant e-approval’. To improve the quality of PL leads, the email campaign experimented with different publishers using multiple creatives, resulting in a significant increase in the volume of leads by 400%, conversions by 417% and website visitors by 332%.
The campaign for Crompton Greaves was run for the launch of their revolutionary product ‘Advancer E-Sense’, a smart ceiling fan designed to control the speed automatically basis the temperature. Logicserve Digital created an intelligent creative which customised itself on a real-time basis as per the users’ location to convey the core USP of the product. The campaign provided a positive boost to the launch activity by reaching out to 2 million users. This campaign received a gold award under the category ‘Best Innovation / Creativity in Digital Campaign’.
