Kings XI Punjab partners with Yuva Unstoppable to promote a healthier lifestyle among the under privileges

MUMBAI: IPL franchise Kings XI Punjab today announced their partnership with Yuva Unstoppable to provide better sanitation and a healthier environment to economically underprivileged students. As a part of this initiative, they will be refurbishing one girls’ school each in both KXIP’s homegrounds – Indore and Mohali.

The association was a result of similar ideologies of Kings XI Punjab and YUVA Unstoppable to give back to the society and provide them with better sanitation, drinking facilities and overall infrastructure of the school.

As a part of the same, Virender Sehwag along with David Miller, Eoin Morgan, Mohit Sharma, Varun Aaron, Akshar Patel and Gurkeerat Mann visited Govt. Middle School 27, in Indore today and interacted with the students. Excited to meet their favorite players, the students performed a small skit for them as well. This was followed by the players playing a one over friendly match with the students of the school.

Kings XI Punjab head Virender Sehwag said, “It is always a pleasure to interact with kids, especially girls and we are glad we got the opportunity to connect with them today. Kings XI Punjab has always worked for the betterment of the society and we are positive that this program will assist them in availing better sanitation facilities at their schools.”
