ET NOW in association with Cisco held the first ever Cisco Technology Awards
Mumbai: ET NOW, India’s leading English Business News Channel and Cisco, the worldwide leader in networking, collaborated to hold the first ever Cisco Technology Awards on the 30th of July 2014 in Mumbai. The first edition of these awards aimed at encouraging, recognizing and rewarding those organizations that have displayed a strong technology foundation and are ready to harness a new wave of technology called the ‘Internet of Everything’. This technology works on the simple premise of connecting people, process, data and things. The Internet of Everything has the power to transform the Indian landscape and can really revolutionize the way we live and the way we work.
The event was graced with the presence of Arundhati Bhattacharya, Chairman, State Bank of India and judged by key dignitaries from the world of technology such as Aruna Jayanthi, CEO – Capgemini India, Nilay Yajnik, Professor and Chairman – Information Systems Area – Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Som Mittal, Former President – NASSCOM and Girish Paranjpe, Operating Partner – Advent International.
