Mumbai: India’s No. 1 private FM network, 92.7 BIG FM in association with Fair & Lovely introduces ‘Banao Khud Ki Pehchan’ a state-wide campaign that spans across 30 cities and towns among Karnataka empowering women and providing them with career counseling sessions to help them achieve their goals.
Ensuring excellent audience reach, the team led by expert trainers, will visit colleges across the state to counsel, train and groom women to make the right career choices. Understanding and recognizing that most women in the small towns are confined to societal norms that leave them feeling timid and uncertain, the counseling sessions are also designed to shape self-reliance amongst women so they can make accurate professional decisions with confidence, ensuring future financial independence.
Through alliances across colleges and professional institutions in each of the cities, ‘Banao Khud Ki Pehchan’ ensures maximum reach to the women across the state. The entire on ground initiative will be amplified heavily through the radio platform on 92.7 BIG FM.
