Vidooly to act as Whistling Woods’ default video analytics, marketing tool
MUMBAI: Vidooly has joined hands with Subhash Ghai-promoted Whistling Woods International Film School that will see the video analytics start-up act as the default tool for video analytics and marketing for the institute’s students.
Additionally, students will also be able to promote their short movies using Vidooly’s video intelligence on YouTube and across social media.
Whistling Woods International Film School founder Subhash Ghai said, “Vidooly is one of the best video intelligence platforms around today and we are proud to partner with them to make this platform available to all students of Whistling Woods, who are undergoing pioneering education in India in content creation, audience development and monetisation for digital platforms.
“This is a first-of-its-kind course in India, which has been developed by our faculty in association with YouTube. For a course of such a high calibre, we needed a high-quality video distribution facilitation platform and in Vidooly we have found the same.”
YouTube had partnered Whistling Woods to set up YouTube Space, a collaboration and production facility for YouTube video creators. The YouTube Space Mumbai facility allows YouTube creators and WWI students to learn about video production and collaborate with other creators.
Ghai also noted that digital platforms are the future of content and digitalisation of content creation has democratised the filmmaking process. This ecosystem has also enabled business models of content distribution and monetisation on digital platforms, he added.
Vidooly co-founder Nishant Radia stated, “With Vidooly’s tools, the students can showcase and distribute their films online effectively. Vidooly is all about helping content creators smartly express their creativity, analyze the trends and engage with your target audience. Keeping that in mind, nothing’s better than partnering the future creators at Whistling Woods and helping them understand the importance of analytics from day one of their journey.”
Vidooly’s intelligent marketing and analytics suite is already helping content creators, brands and multi-channel networks (MCNs), to maximise their YouTube organic views, build an audience base and earn revenues on YouTube.
Coupled with new features like sentiment analysis, competitor analysis, influencer suggestions and social media integration, Vidooly will let these aspiring filmmakers and actors to promote their craft online independently without any investment.
