Yepme launches TVC with SRK

MUMBAI: Online fashion portal Yepme.com has launched a TVC, introducing its brand ambassador actor Shah Rukh Khan.

The campaign, created by McCann Erickson, is running across entertainment, lifestyle and news channels. The brand has associated with top TV shows to promote its association with Khan, and has launched a print campaign in leading newspapers and magazines as well.

The campaign, #freshfashion, targets the youth between 20 and 29 years of age, who desire to look good and fresh every day.

In this 30-second TVC, Khan points out the detailed elements of design, quality and originality which the brand uses to create fresh fashion. Various fashionable dresses are seen on screen with Khan saying, ‘You should always look good, not for the world, but for the one who loves you’. The film relates fashion with romance and ends with Khan saying, ‘Refresh your fashion; refresh your romance’.

McCann Erickson senior creative director Kapil Batra commented, “Dressing up well plays its part in keeping the spark alive in your love life. And who is better than Khan to advice on the matter? So, we used him as this grandmaster of romance who emphasises on staying in touch with fashion for the one you love. And demonstrate how Yepme’s fresh fashion brings freshness to your romance.”
