Ortel’s buyout price for LCOs and capex plans
Ortel’s average buyout price for LCOs is Rs 2,100 per subscriber and could inch up to Rs 2,500 as digitisation takes root in Phases III and IV. Capex requirement is Rs 300 crore over the next two years as it targets to reach one mn customers by 31 March 2017.
