ICC World Cup: SC seeks response from Prasar Bharati on Star’s alternate channel proposal


Star India counsel P Chidambaram proposed that a new channel could be started by Prasar Bharati for showing the matches to ensure that cable ops do not get the live feed. Prasar Bharati Attorney General Mukul Rohtagi said it is not feasible to start a new channel for showing few World Cup matches.
